- How do I schedule a payment?
You can schedule a payment under the “Make a Payment” tab. Simply choose single or recurring payments, and enter your payment information to make a payment today or schedule payments in the future. Single payments can be scheduled up to and including on the due date. Recurring payments are set according to your loan schedule.
Please note recurring payment option is not available in Ohio.
- What are the acceptable forms of payment?
You can schedule a payment using a card or a bank account, and the availability for each payment option is based on the payment date selected and any previously scheduled payments. Recurring payments can only be set up with a card.
- How many payments can I schedule at a time?
If you set up recurring payments, all of your payments will be automatically scheduled on your loan due dates according to your loan schedule. If you make single payments, you can only schedule your upcoming payment. You can schedule your upcoming payment with a card or bank account or schedule up to two partial payments (one card and one bank payment).
- Can I set up recurring payments?
Yes, you may choose to set up recurring payments for the duration of your loan.
- Can I save my payment information for future use?
Yes, you will be given the option to save your payment information under “Make a Payment” tab during the payment process.
- Can I add more than one card to the Payment Center?
Yes, you can store up to 3 cards in the Payment Center, as well as a bank account for an ACH payment.
- Can I delete my saved payment method?
You may delete a saved card in the Payment Center; however, you must call Customer Service at 1-866-ACE-CASH to delete a saved bank account.
- Why is back account option not available in payment method dropdown?
Bank account option will appear only when the you select the loan due date as the payment date. A card is the only payment method that can be used for a real-time payment.
- Can I schedule a payment past my loan due date?
No, you cannot schedule a payment past the due date. However, if you have already missed a payment, login to the Online Payment Center to see if real-time payments are available to you. You may have to call our collections department at (888) 753-2355 for further information.
- Can I review my upcoming payments and payment history?
Yes, you can review your upcoming payments, loan schedule, and payment history in the payment activity section. You can also print a receipt of past transactions for your records.
- How do I change a scheduled payment?
Once a payment is scheduled, you cannot modify the payment. You must cancel that payment under the “Next Payments” tab and then schedule a new payment.
- Can I cancel a scheduled payment?
Yes, upcoming scheduled payments and recurring payments can be cancelled under the “Next Payments” tab.
Card payments can be cancelled until 1:00 AM CST on the scheduled date, and bank payments can be cancelled until 5:00 PM CST on the day before the due date.
Please note that bank payments for payday loans cannot be cancelled through the portal. Contact customer care at 1-866-ACE-CASH for more details.
